This delightful detached property overlooks the mouth of the Helford River as well as having uninterrupted views towards Falmouth Bay. The property is set in its own large garden with a variety of shrubs and trees surrounding it. There is an extensive patio area made of slate crazy paving and garden furniture is provided to allow you to enjoy the beautiful, tranquil setting.

The property has recently undergone extensive refurbishments including installation of double glazing and gas central heating, a first floor master bedroom (with sea views) and en suite bathroom, the opening up of the hallway, enlarging the living room, the downstairs bedrooms and the fitting of two new bathrooms on the ground floor. Helford Point has gone from being a fairly ordinary bungalow in a fantastic location, to becoming a stunning, contemporary, 'Grand Designs' style residence in a fantastic location! A large, elevated games room and decking area offer marvellous views to St Mawes and Falmouth. Sitting up there on the deck and enjoying a drink, is a taste of heaven!

The attractive village of Mawnan Smith, less than a mile away, offers a variety of shops, doctor's surgery , post office, an Italian Restaurant and an attractive thatched inn.

The beautiful gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan are a short distance away, as is the Helford Passage, where boats can be hired or a foot ferry ride taken to Helford Village. Budock Vean golf course (9 hole) and Falmouth Golf Course (18 Hole) are also near by.

To secure your booking, our offices must receive a 30% deposit payment within 7 days. Payment may be made by all major credit card or debit cards (credit cards incur a 1.5% surcharge), or by cheque (payable to Cornish Holiday Cottages).

The final balance is due 28 days before arrival, no reminder will be sent. If the booking is made within 28 days of the holiday start date, then the full balance is due immediately.

On receipt of the balance payment, a confirmation letter, the joining instructions and directions to the property will be sent to you.
