The superb heated indoor swimming pool is open all year, with walk-in steps it has been designed for both the young and not so young. Stables Cottage, is single storey with a cathedral ceiling. Suitable for the partially disabled, the cottage has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and large twin room with 2 full-size single beds and a third pull out single. It has a sitting room with feature fireplace, colour TV with Freeview, video recorder, CD and DVD player, and french window onto garden. The kitchen has fitted units, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker. Dining area. Full bathroom with over-bath shower and shaver point. Each cottage has a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, steam iron and ironing board. It has central heating, private garden and parking and linen is provided. From the North leave the A1/M1 at A59 turn off, signposted York. Take the south outer ring road A1237 and then join the A64 signposted Hull/Scarborough.>From the York Bypass A64 (south), take the A166 Bridlington turn-off towards Stamford Bridge. Approximately one mile after the village of Gate Helmsley take the left turn to Buttercrambe. At Buttercrambe proceed through the village and over the narrow bridge (take care very narrow); stay on this road for two miles (signposted to Malton). Do not take any turns into Scrayingham. At the two mile point you will go through an S bend and small crossroad, now look for small white sign above the field hedge on the right (100 meters) Turn right into the farm track to Sparrow Hall Cottages and continue up to the farm. Turn left into the car park and park in the space marked Stables Cottage.
