Downstairs there are three living rooms and an additional conservatory, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The local area offers opportunities for walking, surfing, fishing, birdwatching and golf (Gower Golf course is about 1.5 miles away). If you fancy something different, you can try your hand at archery, take a boat trip, or visit the local chocolate factory. The house is situated in the village of Dunvant on the outskirts of Swansea and so benefits from direct access to all areas of the gower (with the nearest beach being about 10-15 mins away), whilst retaining easy availability of local shops and local motorway network if you wish to venture further afield on day trips to the Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire or Cardiff, for example. There is a secluded rear garden and parking for three cars to the front of the property.
