For each of the cottages you add to your subscription you have full control over the following:

• Directions to your cottage
• Booking information
• Choose from a list of facilities available at your cottage
• Add up to 5 photographs
• Optional link to your own web site
• Add availability and prices for the next 52 weeks
• Real time update of cottage details
• Customers can find your cottage based on location, size, facilities and availability

Your cottages can be completely self managed, meaning you can change whatever you want whenever you want and at no extra charge.

We are constantly working to improve the site and the features available to our cottage owners. We value all feedback from our customers and appreciate your comments and suggestions.

Whether you have one cottage or a number of cottages, you can manage them all from your management page.

Adding your cottage to our site is a quick and straightforward process. Simply register your details with us and then start adding details of your cottage(s) to our site.

If you register before 1^st August 2009 you can enjoy free advertising until 1^st October 2009. After this time you are under no obligation to continue advertising with us.

If you choose to continue with our service the cost is currently £50 per cottage for a years advertising. Significantly less than an average weeks rental for a holiday cottage in the UK.
